1 General Rules

Bett99 is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between bett99 and its users.

2 Account Registration & Verification

3 Betting Terms & Conditions

Please read the specific rules for each market carefully before placing bets on bett99. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bets are settled at the odds in place when the bet was placed — any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• If a match is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed by more than 24 hours, the bet will generally be voided and your stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bett99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Bett99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bett99's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to its applicable terms and conditions.

• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once, and bonus transfers are strictly prohibited.
• Bett99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of funds by bett99:

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person, or buying and selling accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds of illegal origin.
• Creating multiple accounts with false information to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting any technical glitch in the system to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bett99 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Court orders or requests from law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification is complete.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Dispute Resolution

• All bet-related disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event's conclusion.
• Disputes regarding financial transactions must be reported within 7 days.
• Bett99's decisions are final — however, reconsideration may be offered where reasonable grounds exist.

Bett99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of bett99 after any changes takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
